Practical Process Instrumentation Measurement and Calibration
Course Objective
This 5 days course is developed to give hand on practical experience on process field instrument measurement and calibration. The course is delivered using work place standard instrument calibration and function testing equipment by our very experienced field instrument engineers. The senior instructor has over 10 years of experience and he’s a certified Safety Instrumented System Functional Safety Engineer (FS Eng) by TUV Rheinland
Requirements
Students are supposed to be familiar with basic physics and mathematics
No other prerequisites for this course, Because instructor will teach everything from scratch

Position Measurement intro
Dew Point Measurement intro
Day Two:
Introduction to Gas and Liquid Analyzers
Gas and flame detection principles
Introduction to vibration measurement
introduction to speed measurement
Well Head WHCP and instrumentation intro
Final Control Elements (Control valves, VFDs, Heaters etc)
