incorporated as a limited liability company on the 15th of July, 2019 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Federal Republic of Nigeria with Registration Number – RC 1601164.
Intellects is a company of seasoned professionals that operates and undertake business in oil & gas,
energy, marine and manufacturing sectors; specialised in industrial automation, process controls,
machinery controls, Rotating Equipment, CNC controls, Instrumentation, Calibration, Metering, Fire & Gas, Electrical, HVAC, Telecoms, Industrial Components Sales/Supplies and General MerchandiseI.
Intellects employs team of young, dynamic and skilled professionals on a project from conception
stage to completion. This provides all our clients the timely and quality needed throughout design,
construction supervision, commissioning of projects and maintenance of plants.
Intellects is dedicated to cost effective design schemes comparable with client’s requirements
and taste, utilising good quality products and seasoned professionals for precision jobs.
The company commenced business 2019 and since then engaged in the servicing of oil and
allied industries for the purposes of general merchandise, rendering Engineering Consultancy
