Course Overview

This intensive 10-day hands-on training program is designed to provide participants with the practical knowledge and technical skills required to program, configure, and troubleshoot Omron PLC systems.

The course is ensuring progressive learning from basic logic development to complex control applications, networking, and data handling.

Prerequisites

  • Basic understanding of electrical control systems
  • Familiarity with Windows-based PC operation
  • Prior PLC experience is helpful but not required

Training Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand wiring of relays and PLCs I/O channels
  2. Identify and configure Omron PLC hardware and I/O channels.
  3. Develop, test, and troubleshoot ladder logic programs in MicroWins Software.
  4. Ability to use MicroWins Instructions to implement control logic.

DAY 1 – PLC Fundamentals & Hardware Familiarization (Beginner)
